Job Summary
Serves as the initial point of contact for visitors, students, and prospective students at the Winchester-Clark County Campus. Provides administrative support to the Winchester Campus which may include organizing meetings and supporting events
Job Duties
- Assists with daily activities of the campus including greeting visitors, answering the telephone, and distributing mail.
- Provides general college information, admission, and registration support to students.
- Performs assigned PeopleSoft functions.
- Assists with special events.
- Administers and assists with placement testing and entering scores into PeopleSoft.
- Updates Campus Information and maintains academic program information as well as all student services information. This includes admissions, financial aid, and records information.
- Schedules events and works with academic sections in Archibus.
- Schedule student appointments for advising, orientations, and placement testing.
- Support students, faculty, and staff with technical issues including password resets, pay for print, and copier maintenance.
- Provide administrative support to the campus director.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma/GED and one year of related experience, or equivalent
- Two-year degree and one year of related experience, or equivalent
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Strong computer skills
- Good organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
