- Hazard Community & Technical College is seeking applicants for a Nursing Instructor - two available positions. This position will teach college level credit courses in the Practical Nursing Diploma and Associate Degree Nursing programs. Initial review of applications to begin January 6, 2025.
- Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Deliver instruction, instructional activities, and prepare learning materials for courses each semester in accordance with approved curriculum.
- Use of technology and learning management systems to support instruction.
- Complete instructional support processes such as syllabi development, course assessments, early interventions, and class organization.
- Participate in professional development and college/department meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Successful candidate must possess: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with at least three years of experience working as a Nurse. Master's degree in Nursing preferred. Experience in the area of OB, as well as some teaching experience are desired.
