Job Summary

Job Duties
- Promotes a professional image of the college by providing quality services to students and their families regarding financing options and financial policies. Assist with answering students’ questions as it relates to student accounts and financial aid via email, text, phone, and in person.
- Provides superior customer service to students while assisting and answering questions as it relates to student accounts and financial aid
- Serves as cashier in collection of student fees (i.e. tuition), cash receipts funds from various inter-campus departments, posts third party payments, scholarships, and non-student accounts receivables, reconciles and deposits daily cash receipts.
- Conducts outreach to students and processing student accounts (payment plans/billing/delinquent/past due notice/impact of financial aid)
- Assist with review of student refunds, stale checks, credit balances.
- Maintain detailed log for Business Office (utilities, communication, refunds)
- Contributes to the overall success of the Business Office by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
