Jefferson Community and Technical College is seeking candidates for a Security Worker position on our Technical Campus. This position is for 2nd shift (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm).
Job Duties
Candidates will be responsible for providing on-going visual inspection by foot, bike, and/or vehicle patrols, completing incident, accident and injury reports as needed and providing other security services in order to maintain a safe, secure campus environment for students, staff, faculty and visitors.
Other Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
High School/GED and one year of Security or related work experience (other Security, Corrections, Police, Fire, EMS, or Military). Strong written and verbal skills are necessary. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows applications is preferred. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license.
