Job Duties
Industry Partnership & Business Development
- Sell workforce training programs to industry partners by demonstrating the value of upskilling and customized training solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments with employers to determine training gaps and workforce development opportunities.
- Collaborate with business and industry partners to design programs that enhance employee skills, improve productivity, and meet certification standards.
- Identify and recruit subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and deliver high-quality industry training programs.
- Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to technical, leadership, and workforce skills across various industries.
- Integrate hands-on learning, simulations, and digital learning tools to enhance workforce training effectiveness.
- Ensure training programs align with industry certifications, regulations, and best practices.
- Support instructors and SMEs in best practices for workforce training delivery.
- Continuously update curriculum and instructional materials based on industry trends, employer feedback, and training outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Workforce Education, Business Development, or a related field
- Experience in instructional design, workforce development, or training program development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in business development, sales, or employer engagement related to workforce training.
- Understanding of apprenticeship programs, career pathway development, or industry-aligned certification programs.
- Experience integrating innovative training tools (VR, AR, simulations, or digital twin technology) into workforce programs.
