4600 Dragline Oiler

We are seeking a skilled Manitowoc 4600 Dragline Oiler to maintain and repair machinery, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability. This role requires a willingness to learn, assist the Mechanic, and possess manual dexterity with keen attention to detail. You will work with various machines and tools while strictly adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean criminal record.
• Willingness to relocate to Silverthorne, Colorado.

Compensation:

• Experienced candidates: Starting at $25.00 per hour.
• Willing to learn with some industry knowledge: Starting at $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Understand how machines and mechanical components work according to specifications.
• Inspect machines and conduct tests to identify functionality issues.
• Perform repairs to ensure maximum reliability.
• Troubleshoot, report, and resolve mechanical problems promptly.
• Conduct thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and replenish fluids for machinery components.
• Provide guidance on correct maintenance and preventative measures.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned, such as repairing hydraulic systems or painting equipment.
• Maintain logs of work and report any issues.

Skills:

• Proven experience or willingness to learn the role.
• Knowledge of machinery, hydraulics, electrical systems, and other components.
• Proficient in using various hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, hammers) and precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers).
• Ability to follow procedures, practices, and instructions.
• Strong commitment to health and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical strength and stamina.
• A high school diploma or apprenticeship is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting from $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts
• Day shifts
• Weekends as needed
