Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR/Personnel professional to join our team in a remote, part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, be computer savvy, and excel in multitasking. Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role.
Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain employee records and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders.
- Assist with various HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and manage documents and reports.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Qualifications
- Proficient in data entry with excellent typing skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with and Slack is a plus
- Ability to analyze supply chain data effectively
- Experience working in a data entry and customer service role preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
