Summary
The Client Services Manager is directly responsible for the management and leadership of assigned customers and relations (external and internal). The Client Services Manager will perform tasks within the Account management to assure the smooth completion of departmental responsibilities. The Client Services Manager will lead all customer initiatives within the organization, inviting appropriate ancillary support as necessary. Responsible for overall customer demand, forecast and capacity analysis, inventory management, and new product launch management. Measure and track kdc/one and customer KPI’s including but not limited to attainments, OTIF, Inventory and Sales monthly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage new project introductions from development to commercialization, interfacing with all departments, including engineering, purchasing, and costing.
Communicate critical information to inter functional departments as outlined by the customer, such as customer launch dates, and special instructions to all inter functional departments; (R&D, Operations, Planning, QA, Tech. Services).
Represent kdc/one in all customer related interfacing, including participating in customer presentations for CS&OP or other business meetings as necessary.
Deliver solutions according to customer needs and objectives and provide support and assistance with problem solving from shipping, purchasing production, and accounting
Serve as the customer relationship owner reviewing the expectations, challenges, issue with a positive sense of understanding and urgency, escalate issues as appropriate
Maintain active inventory target levels and coordinate the resolution and disposition of excess and aging inventory.
Maintain professional connection with all customer contacts to enable a trusting and open relationship.
Follow-up with quality and shipping to ensure on-time delivery
Participate in creating and maintaining customer cost sheets, including the repricing process at appropriate intervals; assist costing with the verification of all pricing changes, and present pricing to the customer.Provide accurate financial information and documentation to finance regarding billable units
Motivate and coach Client Services Representative and assist in solution of problem solving. If applicable, oversee their work product to ensure best in class to our customers.
All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in business or technology or equivalent.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Commercial related field.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled in all relevant manufacturing information systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to problem solve and manage conflicts within the team.
Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
Advanced level Microsoft Office Skills (Excel/PowerPoint).
Works with minimal supervision.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
