General Information:
This position is responsible for hands-on training of frontline operational staff with a core focus on training EO and Lean leaders, leveraging TPM. This position is also responsible for coordinating and/or executing training within the guidelines of the site training program.
Must be willing to float between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts based on business demands as needed.
What are we looking for?
Two years of training experience preferred.
Three years of manufacturing experience with exposure to production processes preferred.
HS Diploma or GED equivalent required with college level courses preferred.
Previous technical writing experience preferred.

This position is responsible for:
Leads operational improvement initiatives that enhance systems, processes, and include the evaluation and creation of clear, concise, and accurate documentation on standards
Align on AM and PM training with Maintenance, CI manager, and FFM’s
Supports departments and/or project teams with new product and equipment implementations, including trials, validations, process documentation and technical training.
Partners with the FFM’s, Supervisor, and Maintenance to coordinate and/or execute training
Contributes to the development and execution of standard work documentation, skills matrices, train-the-trainer programs, and SME programs for applicable qualified/certified training programs.
Participates in RIE’s, 6S, Kaizen, Problem Solving, and Lean projects that support continuous improvement initiatives.
Assists with operational tasks within an assigned area as requested and authorized by management. All applicable training must be completed prior to performing such tasks.
Must be willing to float between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts based on business demands as needed.
