Title: Representative – Account Management

Basic Function:
The Representative – Account Management is directly responsible for the management and leadership of assigned customers and relations (external and internal). Manage customer demands and coordinate with cross-functional team alliance to meet customer requirements. Responsible for overall order process, forecast and capacity analysis, inventory management, and new product launch management. Measure and track kdc/one and customer KPI’s including but not limited to attainments, OTIF, Inventory and Sales monthly.
Responsibilities:
Provide weekly Open Order Review Reports and discussions with customers. Assist in the coordination of customers’ day to day requests with Supply Chain partners and deliver solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Manage inventory reporting and reconciliation processes for assigned customer base to ensure accurate stock levels, timely updates, and seamless communication with clients for optimal inventory management and customer satisfaction.
Participate in creating and maintaining customer cost sheets with Finance team.
Manage the integration of new cosmetic product line extensions, interfacing with all departments and ensuring all milestones are met.
Support project management launch demand by ensuring all supply chain deliverables is achieved.
Communicate critical information to inter functional departments as outlined by the customer, such as customer launch dates, and special instructions to all inter functional departments; (R&D, Operations, Planning, QA, Tech. Services).
Maintain professional connection with all customer contacts to enable a trusting and open relationship.
Collect and participate in customer presentations for CS&OP meetings.
Maintain customer KPI dashboard including Sales/Volume, OTIF, attainment, inventory, and quality performance. Responsible for ensuring action plan measures are in place to reach target goals.
Collaborate with customer to receive best forecasting information with regular recurrence and communicate with appropriate internal partners.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in business or technology or equivalent.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Commercial related field.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled in all relevant manufacturing information systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to problem solve and manage conflicts within the team.
Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
Advanced level Microsoft Office Skills (Excel/PowerPoint).
Works with minimal supervision.
Salary : $62,000 - $70,000
