What are the responsibilities and job description for the Zobele Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) position at kdc/one?
Our Site in Garland (Texas), is currently looking for a:
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – Night Shift
Preventive and corrective maintenance adjustments and planning of maintenance in all the machines and equipment of the site with a productive purpose.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for lubricating machines, components, and tools
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment to perform reading and interpretation of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic drawings and parts exchange
Documentation of technical information and reports
Manufacture and repair elements of machines such as parts and accessories by the mechanical machining process
Maintenance in mechanical machines
Follow up with the machine operators, aiming at reducing waste, guiding operational training for employees that works on packaging machines
Requirements:
Fluency in English is a prerequisite
Technical studies in Mechanics, Industrial Automation or similar
1 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of pneumatic machines
Machinery and Equipment – Presses, Boilers
Ergonomics
Internal and external customer service
Efficiency and continuous improvement

Discipline to norms and procedures
Teamwork
Available for night shift work
