You would join the KDH team where our goal is to ensure our clients get the most out of their homes in a collaborative environment. We think bigger and commit to improving the quality of life for our clients, staff, and communities.

Candidates will ideally demonstrate the following, but not limited to:
Design, modify, and complete Working Drawings
Design, modify, and complete Design Floor plans, renderings and Notes creation
- Cover Sheet
- Site Plan
- Foundation Plan
- Framing Plans
- Floor Plans with Door and Window Schedule
- Roof Plan
- Elevations with Notes, Dimensions and Details
- Construction Details / Sections
- Electrical Plans
Coordinate directly with Engineers, Builder’s, Clients, Construction Trades, etc.
Keeping accurate time card 15 minute increments
Balancing multiple projects
Measuring/Documenting Remodel Projects
Under Construction Site Visits / Observation Reports
Creating Presentation Renderings and 3-d models
Creating/Updating Specifications
Other Duties could include:
Weekly staff meetings
Continuing Education / Code Compliance Meetings
Attending Marketing Events
Betterment of the Company Projects
Collaborate with team members on ideas for social media and educational materials
Plan Book Organization/Presentation Drawings
Preparing Design Contest Entries
Qualifications and Skills:
2 year Associate's Degree (preferably related to field of Design and Drafting but not required)
Strong communication skills
Strong computer skills (ie. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.; ArchiCAD)
Preferred Background in construction
Eye for detail and design
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Salary Range $55,000-$70,000 (with review and adjustment after initial training, depending on experience and education)
