Job Summary
KDK Construction, LLC seeks a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team in American Fork, UT. This role manages key tasks for commercial construction projects, using Procore and Bluebeam to handle submittals, RFIs, and schedules. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Submittal Management: Review and process submittals in Procore, ensuring compliance and timely distribution.

RFIs and Change Orders: Draft and track RFIs and assist with change orders in Procore.

Documentation: Maintain meeting agendas, minutes, procurement logs, and project folders; use Bluebeam for drawings and as-builts.

Schedule and Subcontract Support: Assist with schedule administration, subcontracts, and purchase orders.

Procurement: Manage procurement logs in Procore to align with project schedules.

Job Closeout: Ensure complete documentation and drawings for project closeout.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2-4 years of commercial construction project coordination experience.

Proven experience with Procore (submittals, RFIs, schedules) and Bluebeam (document management, annotations).

Strong knowledge of construction processes (submittals, RFIs, schedules).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Self-motivated, with ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred: Experience with PlanGrid or AutoCAD.
