As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team.

Job Summary :

As a Dispatcher at KDL LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations by coordinating delivery routes, monitoring driver progress, and providing real-time support. You will work closely with the management team, delivery associates, and Amazon support teams to address operational challenges and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

Assign delivery routes and ensure all drivers are dispatched efficiently.
Monitor real-time delivery progress using GPS tracking and Amazon's delivery systems.
Communicate with drivers to provide updates, assist with navigation, and resolve any delivery-related issues.
Respond promptly to roadblocks, delays, or emergencies and coordinate effective solutions.
Track package delivery rates, route performance, and productivity metrics.
Maintain clear and professional communication with drivers, management, and Amazon representatives.
Provide guidance and support to drivers to enhance performance and adherence to company policies.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, DOT regulations, and company policies.
Assist in shift scheduling, route adjustments, and workforce planning.
Record and report any operational issues, driver concerns, or customer complaints.
Be prepared to complete delivery routes if needed due to demand.
Own a reliable small- to mid-size 4-door car / SUV with insurance.

Qualifications & Skills :

Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or related fields preferred.

Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable using GPS tracking software, dispatching tools, and Microsoft Office / Google Suite.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Familiarity with Amazon DSP operations is a plus but not required.

Work Schedule :

Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

3 : 00 AM to 1 : 30 PM
