Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring their vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
KDS Xpress is a flex wash, meaning customers will pay for us to clean their cars for them or they have the option to do it themselves. Depending on the position, some will be required to vacuum, wipe, detail or dry a customer's vehicle, or simply guide them through the wash.
Duties
- Perform exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, drying and shining.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure the best results without damaging vehicle finishes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and organizing supplies.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide recommendations for services that meet their needs.
- Drive vehicles safely within the car wash premises while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Detail vehicles by vacuuming interiors, cleaning windows, and ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
Experience
- Previous experience in a car wash or automotive detailing environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- A valid driver's license is required for driving customer vehicles during service.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work are essential for success in this role.
