Duties
- Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Execute alignment services and other mechanical repairs as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes and answering any questions.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive repair or as a service technician is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle issues effectively.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and equipment.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, enhancing the customer experience during service interactions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is required.
