To be successful in this role, you will need to possess current certification in lifeguard training or equivalent, as well as current certification in first aid and CPR (advanced certification may be required based on camp location and site of delivery of aquatic program). Prior experience working with children is also essential, and prior experience in lifeguarding and/or swim instruction is highly preferred. Your ability to remain calm and level-headed in all situations will be crucial in ensuring the health and well-being of our campers.
