Pay: $20 - $24/hr (based on experience)

Ke Nui Kitchen is a premier private catering company specializing in upscale dining experiences across Oahu. Located in the stunning Waimea Valley, we offer a variety of catering services, including Buffet, Family Style, Plated, Action Stations, and exclusive Private Chef Experiences. Our clientele includes A-list celebrities, corporate entities like Nike and Apple, and prestigious event planners.

We are looking for a creative and skilled Catering Chef to join our team and help us deliver top-tier culinary experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and preparation of food and drink menus
• Produce high-quality dishes with a focus on taste and presentation
• Ensure kitchen operations run efficiently and meet quality standards
• Order and manage inventory of kitchen supplies
• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations
• Maintain a positive, professional approach with coworkers and clients

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Proven leadership and kitchen management experience
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with efficiency
• Familiarity with industry best practices and food safety regulations
• Experience with restaurant management software, POS systems, and MS Office
• Excellent communication skills with guests and team members
• A culinary degree or certification is a plus
