Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
Provide expertise on emerging technologies, best practices, and process improvements for supply chain, logistics, and order-to-cash functions.
Lead the design and execution of scalable technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Process & Change Management:
Oversee process transformation initiatives, including process improvement, roadmap development, and organizational change management (OCM).
Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needs, ensuring seamless communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- System Implementations:
Serve as the workstream lead for the migration to SAP S/4HANA, driving initiatives like order-to-cash, supply chain automation, and logistics optimization.
Partner with vendors and internal teams to deliver end-to-end system deployments, from design through hypercare.
- Data-Driven Insights:
Collaborate with the IT analytics team to embed data governance and analytics solutions into business operations.
Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure data integrity and mitigate risks when implementing third-party solutions.
- Collaboration with Business Units:
Act as a key liaison between IT and business functions, ensuring smooth communication and translating technical concepts into actionable strategies for stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with leadership and teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- 8 years in IT leadership roles, focusing on supply chain, order-to-cash, and logistics systems.
- Proven experience in driving large-scale transformations and change management initiatives.
- Previous involvement in SAP implementations (SAP ECC or S/4HANA preferred) and other tools such as TMS, EWM, or forecasting platforms.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Strong process improvement and transformation experience, including roadmap development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver results in high-pressure environments.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Experience in CPG or manufacturing industries is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with SaaS and on-prem solutions related to supply chain and logistics.
- Leadership:
- 3 years of direct people management experience.
- Strong advocacy for change, while being adaptable to stakeholder priorities.
