Our company is currently seeking an Accounting Manager/Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for managing our finance department and handling all bookkeeping duties in our company.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- AP/AR
- Inhouse payroll for 70 to 80 employees
- Some HR duties
- Handle insurance audits
- Invoicing all customers
- Working with AIA documents
- Perform data entry and some administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Must be detail oriented and have a strong desire for accuracy
- Minimum 5 years experience in accounting/finance via QuickBooks desktop
- Proficient on QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- NC Notary is very important
Salary : $58,000 - $70,000
