Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain to join our team.
Key Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter is mandatory.
- Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and communicate them effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of policy administration systems, underwriting workflows, and insurance product lifecycle.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including QA, development, and project management.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite 3 days a week at any of the listed locations.
