The expected salary range for this position is between $77,000 and $125,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).

Duties include:
- Provide the first line of supervision to a team of accounting professionals and support staff
- Responsible for the general oversight of the quality control function, including overall work paper review
- Understanding of Government Auditing Standards, audit procedures, and financial analysis techniques
- Self-starter, takes the initiative to deliver quality work products to the client with little direction from supervisor
- Supervise and review work performed by other staff
- Develop people through effectively delegating tasks and providing guidance to staff
- Provide subject matter technical expertise to delivery team in financial management areas of financial reporting, internal control, and/or financial business systems
- Review draft deliverables prepared by engagement teams and present final results to management
- Act as a liaison to the client and make Senior Management and Partners aware of all major developments
- Utilize technology to share knowledge with team members, develop skills, and continually learn
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university with focus/concentration in Accounting or Business Management related field or Masters Degree in Accounting or Business Management related field
- Minimum 6 years of accounting or financial management experience including a minimum 4 years of experience in one or more of the following
- Federal Financial Reporting, General Ledger Analysis, Audit Liaison, Audit Remediation, Financial Process Improvement through Automation, Documenting and Testing Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting or Improper Payments in accordance with FMFIA, PIIA, and OMB Circular A-123, or Determining value of capital assets
- Management/ Leadership Experience
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Minimum Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Polygraph for the IC (Intelligence Community)
- Current Financial Statement Audit experience
- Active CPA certification (in lieu of CPA, combination of related experience and other technical degree could be considered)
