EisnerAmper is seeking an Experienced Staff to join our Tax Technology team. We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and solution-focused individual who can liaise with business stakeholders and technology teams to enable complete understanding of business requirements allowing for more effective testing and implementation of technology solutions.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
- Assist in the planning, design, documentation and execution of testing practices to validate solutions to meet the Tax Department functional needs.
- Serve as a liaison between the tax teams, development team, and end-users to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, then translating those insights into actionable reports and dashboards.
- Identify opportunities for tax process improvements and optimization based on data insights
- Provide quick and effective assistance to tax team regarding systems configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Contribute to thoughtful and creative discussions with internal stakeholders and department leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting, Business Management, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 1 years experience in developing data-driven technology solutions
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, workflow tools (e.g., Alteryx), and data visualizations and analytics (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
- Exposure to tax technology and processes, including tax compliance and software testing.
- Exposure to tax applications such Wolters Kluwer CCH Axcess and Thomson Reuters GoSystem, and intermediate skills with Excel.
- Background in developing and presenting live trainings and creating end-user documentation including user guides, knowledge documents, and training materials.
- An ability to handle multiple competing priorities and communicate effectively to all levels of the organization will be critical to success in this role. Equally important will be the ability to apply tax expertise and experience to evaluating the technologies and making recommendations to the product team for future enhancements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skill and a team player who works well with functional and technical resources; aptitude for taking strategic direction from executive management and see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, HTML, C, or JavaScript

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between $52,167.00 and $78,249.60. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
