Responsibilities
- Lead and manage several commercial construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project Management.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Communicate well and work seamlessly with your project team to ensure proper project documentation is maintained throughout the entire project.
- Utilize construction management software for tracking project progress and documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, safety compliance, and quality control.
- Review blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate implementation of project plans.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize productivity across all phases of the project.
- Participate in weekly project management meetings, and communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and milestones.
- At least 5 years, proven experience in commercial project management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project Mangement.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction processes.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with Bluebeam.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required
