Description
KEB America, is a wholly owned subsidiary of KEB Automation, KG and the North American provider for industrial automation solutions that help OEM machine builders build safe, efficient, and reliable machines.
We're seeking a data driven and creative marketing specialist to join our marketing team! You'll play a key role in shaping our brand presence by developing social medica strategies, crafting compelling content, and conducting market research to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of fundamental marketing principles, demonstrate strong written and verbal skills, foster interdepartmental collaboration, consistently meet deadlines, and be receptive to coaching and constructive feedback to enhance performance.
While we offer the flexibility of up to five remote workdays per month, regular on-site presence is required at our Shakopee facility.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Create editorial plans for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Manager our social media channels
- Discover new marketing channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
- Ensures that all listings on the search engines have the right messaging from our site content.
- Perform continuous audits, identify and recommend areas for improvement within site structure, page templates and redirects.
- Assist with SEO and SEM activities.
- Conduct keyword and topic research analysis.
- Author and present performance reports to the marketing team.
- Develop and execute link-building and backlink strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors.
Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with WordPress is a plus.
- Experience with graphic design software (Adobe, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suire (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- General knowledge of SEO/SEM.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be highly organized and detail oriented.
- Be creative and a innovative thinker.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related fields.
