This role will collaborate with hiring managers, internal/external applicants and other team members to ensure an overall positive candidate experience. This role will support the various stages of the recruitment process, from posting positions to interview coordination, offer extensions and proper dispositioning of other candidates. It will also include onboarding requirements, such as background checks and compliant I9 processing.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements
- Post approved requisitions onto applicable HR systems and career sites
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Assist in reviewing and screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Assist in the scheduling and coordination of interviews, both in-person and virtual, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place
- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
- Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and assessments as required
- Assist in drafting and sending offer letters and employment contracts
- Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary documents are completed according to business needs and compliance requirements so new hires have a smooth transition

Education, Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, HR Assistant, or in a similar role
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- Knowledge of HR & recruitment practices, employment laws and affirmative action compliance
- Work is primarily light in nature, with exerting up to 50lbs of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Use of fingers to type and / or enter numbers on keyboards, keypads, etc. along with grabbing object(s). Additionally includes, reaching, handling, talking, hearing, bending, stooping, and walking. Involves sitting, standing, and walking most of the time.
