Job Summary :
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the organization by handling office tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support :
Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and file digital and physical documents.
Office Management :
Oversee general office operations, including supplies inventory and equipment maintenance.
Communication :
Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Event Coordination :
Assist in planning and organizing meetings, conferences, and company events.
Data Management :
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
Support to Management :
Conduct research and prepare documents for meetings or projects.
Other Duties :
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
