About This Position
Schedule : Monday - Friday
Hours : 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm
- This position is located within a jail / correctional facility and would be working around inmates.
The primary responsibility of a Commissary Representative is to assist in providing commissary operations and services to assigned location within a prison environment (position works directly with inmates).
This includes :
Delivering product to canteens at specified correctional facilities with the supervision of a correctional officer in a timely and efficient manner following all rules and regulationsAssisting onsite manager with completion of monthly canteen inventoriesMaintaining all areas / equipment / products in a neat, clean, and orderly manner and maintaining American Correctional Association & American Jail Association standards / guidelines when applicableAttend orientation and training, annual on-site security classes and remain current in certifications as required by the Facility.Follow all the policies and proceduresTake pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspaceOther duties as determined by the needs of the businessGood customer service skillsThis is a fast paced working positionMust be able to lift up to 50lbsGood computer skills (Excel and Word)Is willing to work outdoorsGood customer service experiencePay :
