Schedule:
- 5 Day Work Week
- No On Call
- No Sundays
- Rotating Saturday
What We Do:
- We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance in home's heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.
What You'll Do:

Evaluate customer calls and dispatch the right technician to every job.
- Learn the business and learn how to prioritize and dispatch customer calls.
- Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a logistics professional.
- Ensure quality customer experience.
- Develop report with customers and technicians.
- Update customers throughout the day on technicians' progress.
Skills and Experience:
- At least 1 year of dispatching experience preferred.
