KeeFORCE is a reputable and growing IT provider in Western Kentucky offering the ultimate in customer service for small to medium businesses. Our services help business professionals do what they do best without the worry or hassle of IT issues on a daily basis. We need a business developer to help expand our presence across the Owensboro/Davies County region. (or region).
You'll work together with our business development team to leverage existing relationships and new partnerships to increase revenue. This is not a sales job. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships within the business community to generate partnerships and/or leads. This will be accomplished through marketing efforts and public relation activities. The end game is for you to qualify potential prospects and hand leads over to the sales team.

What you'll be doing
- Define vital developmental processes to create a stable foundation for our growth
- Generate new leads and build relevant relationships with existing customers
- Understand technology trends to pinpoint markets and potential stakeholders
- Carry out market trend research and competitor analysis to discover customers' needs
- Meet with leadership to provide feedback and outline strategic development goals
- Partner with other members of the business development team in the creation and implementation of operational and strategic marketing
- Motivate sales development team while providing the tools and resources for their success
- Report progress to the leadership during regular team check-ins

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, business or similar field
- 1 years in the marketing industry
- Experience with market research and competitor analysis a plus
- Practical communication skills, including public speaking, presentation, and writing
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Drive to know the latest marketing/sales trends, performance increases, and customer receptivity to the value proposition
- Effective in collaborating with team members across various departments
