Assistant Store Manager

What is Keeks?

Keeks is a vastly growing, Luxury Resale store specializing in the buying and selling of luxury handbags, shoes and accessories; including but not limited to Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Hermes and Chanel. Our mission is to provide authentic, pre-owned, luxury goods, at a reasonable price so that everyone can have a little luxe in his or her life.

What’s the job?

Along with being able to build relationships and sell to customers, the position will require that the candidate develop a well-rounded knowledge of the industry and products. We are looking for someone who is fashion forward, highly motivated and eager to learn and grow with the company.

Who we are looking for:

Must be 18 or older

High School diploma or equivalent Required

2 years prior experience in retail sales/customer service Required

1 year of management experience Required

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Attention to detail

Positive, outgoing and engaging personality.

Strong Leadership Skills

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with store inquiries, assist in the buying and selling of product, purchases, trades and returns.
• Ability to assist the Store Manager in staff training and development.
• Utilize product knowledge to recommend and upsell merchandise to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and uphold store standards.

MUST be able to weekends.***

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
