Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for sales and a proven track record in the homebuilding industry? Keel Custom Homes is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our custom and semi-custom homebuilding business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Proactively seek out and identify potential clients interested in building custom or semi-custom homes.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt and refine sales approaches.
• Ensure exceptional client experiences by collaborating with design and project teams for seamless project transitions.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Keel Custom Homes at local events and community activities.
• Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team, ensuring alignment with Keel Custom Homes' core values and standards.
• Generate reports and insights to track team performance and support strategic decision-making.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the custom homebuilding or real estate industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Familiarity with the custom homebuilding process and market trends.
