Drive quality earlier into the launch process (Quality Assurance). React quickly to customer concerns. Improve the Business Management System through audits and improvement ideas. Meet annual departmental goals.

Skills :

• ISO-9000 or AS-9100 related auditing, inspection & test, Metrology, and calibration, print reading & interpretation (GD&T).
• Process Improvement, Analyzing Information, Strategic Planning, Ability to interact effectively with suppliers and customers. Familiar with Machining, Welding, Assembly and Testing
• Good planning, organizational, and communications skills required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Results driven with emphasis on keeping customer and business commitments.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Quality Assurance functions, with adequate experience using inspection and test equipment.Requirements :

Develop quality plans from customer requirements, external standards, and internal procedures to mitigate risk. Be the contact for customer quality concerns. Lead customer scorecard improvements. Leader / member of corrective action teams. ISO / AS internal auditor. Implement containment activities, as required, to protect the customer of repeat non-conformances.
