Coordinates and expedites flow of parts, and assemblies between sections or departments, according to manufacturing department priorities, and compiles and maintains manual or computerized records.
- Organization of shop orders to be kitted.
- Kitting shop orders for “on time start” via BOM.
- Priority established by FAB “on time start”.
- Material retrieval from receiving and primary operations.
- ERP accuracy and maintenance within kitting.
- Issuing of materials per shop order.
- Kitting organization and maintenance in the kitting area.
- The quarterly cycle counts on primary and component parts.
- Job pack assembly and distribution to the processing area.
- Entering completed shop orders into ERP system.
- All other duties as assigned
