We are seeking a CMiC ERP Administrator to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the operational integrity of the CMiC platform, ensuring that users can effectively utilize the application to its fullest potential, safely and securely. The ERP Admin is essential in upholding the infrastructure and security of CMiC, delivering a 99% uptime status and ensuring that data is accurate and appropriately shared
Primary Responsibilities :
- Maintain the operational integrity of the CMiC platform following best practices : Ensure that the CMiC platform is running smoothly and efficiently by following industry-standard practices.
- Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of CMiC hosted environments, including PROD, TEST, and TRAIN.
- Manage the creation of new user accounts, update existing user credentials, and handle the removal of users as necessary. Ensure that security access controls are in place, ensuring our Keeley'ns have the appropriate access to information and modules based on their roles.
- Provide support and training to IT support staff, as well as key CMiC users, ensuring they are proficient in using the platform and its features. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
- Represent Keeley in interactions with CMiC vendors and partners, ensuring that the company's needs and expectations are met.
- Regularly meet with CMiC representatives to review and resolve any open support tickets and address any ongoing issues.
- Develop and implement a policy for regularly updating and maintaining the CMiC platform to ensure it remains secure and up to date.
- Work with various departments within Keeley to evaluate, test, and deploy new features and updates to the CMiC platform.
- Oversee user access to the CMiC platform, ensuring that security controls are in place and compliance with industry standards is maintained.
- Documentation of governance and system activities : Ensure all CMiC documentation is maintained and up to date, as well as track all system changes and activities.
