We are looking to hire a Business Operations Analyst for our St. Louis, MO, office.
Primary Responsibilities
Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop innovative solutions for complex business problems.
Perform cost analysis on projects to identify potential issues and provide data insights to the project team.
Track cash flow within the Paving Group from billing to collection.
Evaluate projections based on earned value management.
Develop and maintain Paving Group Overhead budgets.
Monitoring project costs throughout its lifecycle, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing strategies to control expenses.
Analyze productivity reports and provide feedback to the project team.
Manage processes and workflow between operations and functional support units for streamlined communication.
Review owner contracts for risk analysis, provide feedback, and track comments and deliverables.
Generate reports and presentations to communicate project status, cost forecasts, and performance metrics to project teams and leadership.
Communicate effectively with external / internal stakeholders to deliver business requirements. Coordinate with respective areas to resolve issues and develop processes to accomplish shared goals.
Effectively manage change in a fast-paced demanding environment while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.
Collaborate with team members within and outside the Paving Group to understand and improve business operations and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, accounting, or relevant field from a 4-year accredited university, plus a minimum of five years of experience supporting similar primary responsibilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in Project Management applications a plus
Experience with Construction ERP a plus.
