We are looking to hire an Estimating Manager for our Building Group at our corporate headquarters in St. Louis, MO.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage a team of estimators responsible for creating accurate and competitive cost estimates for design-build projects, ensuring that all estimates align with project scope and client expectations.
Work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and construction personnel to understand project designs, identify cost-effective solutions, and ensure seamless integration of design and construction costs.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent work experience.
7 years' in the construction, engineering, design-build, or related industries performing the similar primary responsibilities listed.
Strong leadership and management skills in directing an organization, department, or group.
Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite including excel and estimating database software
Advanced knowledge of construction takeoff programs
Advanced knowledge of bid solicitation software
Systematic planner who attends to details with accuracy and focus
Team oriented
