Description
The Sales Counter / Driver Associate role touches every aspect of branch operations : customer care over the counter and the phone, warehouse duties, and driving responsibilities. The Sales / Driver associate will be knowledgeable, motivated, energetic, and able to manage time effectively. Each branch is a 3-4-person team, so we cross-train each associate. Everyone at the branch is essential to the store's overall success.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and direct customers
- In-person or over the phone must answer customers' questions about specific products / services (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
- Entering orders in the ERP system
- Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick-up or delivery
- Develop and stay up-to-date on product knowledge through involvement in Company and vendor-sponsored training programs
- Coordinate with your team to provide excellent customer service (especially during our busy season)
- Assist with merchandising products, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment
- May be required to make local deliveries to the customer
- Ensure that the store and all its properties are upholding the expectations of the Keeling Company brand : exceeding customer service expectations, cleanliness, atmosphere,and high energy.
- All other duties are assigned by the branch manager or Keeling Company leadership team.
- Employees of Keeling Company have the right to refuse dangerous or unsafe work.
