Director of Production and Partnerships
Keen Eye Marketing is hiring a Director of Production and Business Development to assist with daily business operations and drive revenue growth through media sales.
This is a leadership role focused on achieving a 20% year-over-year revenue increase by expanding client relationships, executing high-quality productions, and identifying growth opportunities to drive revenue.

Responsibilities:
Business Partnerships
- Assist with day-to-day operations like production scheduling and client communications.
- Nurture relationships with existing clients and conduct recurring outreach at specific intervals.
- Craft proposals, refine pitches, and close custom projects and recurring retainer agreements.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and potential new service offerings.
Production Leadership
- Oversee all custom productions, managing client communication, pre-production planning, on-site direction, and final delivery.
- Lead production phases, including storyboarding, scheduling, quality control on-set, and media content review/editing.
- Act as the creative lead to ensure all projects meet client expectations and company standards.
Client Relationship Management
- Nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Actively pursue new client connections through networking, outreach, and sales presentations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for custom productions, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution.
Sales Leadership
- Drive sales efforts via in-person meetings, phone calls, email campaigns, and CRM management.
- Identify upselling opportunities for existing clients and propose tailored solutions.
- Represent Keen Eye Marketing at industry events to build brand visibility and generate leads.
Team Leadership
- Mentor employees, providing feedback to enhance performance and skill development.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team-building initiatives when necessary.
Requirements:
- Experience / knowledge of sales philosophy and business development strategy.
- Experience in creative direction and production management, particularly for commercial projects.
- Exceptional project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interactions.
- Strong computer skills (type test required) and proficiency with marketing tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Slack, Hubspot), and production workflows.
- Knowledge of real estate media production is a plus.
