The Role
We are seeking an experienced Media Production Specialist to join our creative team. This role requires a professional with a passion for storytelling through visual content, exceptional technical skills in video production and editing, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality video content for clients, including filming and editing footage, primarily focusing on real estate and construction projects.
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive kit of photo and video equipment, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and innovations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Work closely with our editing team to ensure timely delivery of media content and adhere to strict deadlines.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in photography and video production, with a focus on real estate and construction.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
- A valid FAA Part 107 drone license and experience operating a DJI Ronin or similar gimbal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
