JOB PURPOSE :

The CEO ensures efficient, successful, and profitable operations, planning and overseeing all activities, establishing policies, and maintaining the integrity of operations. The CEO provides strategic recommendations to leadership and ensures timely completion of objectives aligned with the enterprise’s strategic plan. Confidentiality of privileged information is paramount.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Strategic Planning and Decision-Making :

• Formulate and implement strategic plans with leadership approval.
• Make complex decisions and take calculated risks in all areas of gaming and resort operations.
• Develop solutions to challenging problems using advanced management techniques and innovative strategies.
• Maintain the organization’s status as a leader in the Native American business community through exemplary leadership and financial success.
• Regularly report operational and financial conditions to leadership.
