The Industrial Security Specialist L3 will establish and execute the Space Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO) industrial security program as directed by the SpRCO government security director and branch chief. This specialist will provide cradle-to-grave management of industrial security requirements for SpRCO contracts to include prime, sub-, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), and no-cost contracts at all classification levels and scope while supporting future business strategies and program assignments.
Job Requirements:
Skills / Experience Required
- Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility
- 10 years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) work experience
- 4 years' experience in SAP/SCI environment and/or SCI environment within the last five years
- Experience working on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of a given program and performing all functional duties independently
- Experience coordinating with and advising program managers, contracting, and program security officers on security requirements to ensure they are addressed, accurately captured, and DD254s are staffed and signed by applicable authorities.
- Experience tracking and maintaining accurate files of industry partner documentation
- Ability to provide guidance, as coordinated with SpRCO government authority, to industry in obtaining and maintaining facility clearances
- Ability to serve as the SpRCO subject matter expert for Industrial Security policies and regulations
- Ability to coordinate with Department of the Air Force personnel on industrial security program compliance, retention, record keeping, and inspections
Education / Certifications
- Master of Arts/Master of Science/Master of Engineering degree, equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education

Security Clearance
