The Keene Family YMCA is seeking part-time staff for their growing Ninja Program! In this role you will supervise open ninja sessions and rentals in a safe, enjoyable, culturally aware, and positive environment that promotes youth development, social responsibility, and healthy living in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Builds personal and meaningful relationships with YMCA members, participants, volunteers, and guests while exemplifying the Y's commitment to the four-character values of caring, honesty, respect & responsibility.
- Responds to all member and community inquiries in a timely manner.
- Lead energizing, fun, culturally aware, safe, open ninja sessions as directed by the supervisor.
- Answers questions from members to support them in achieving their goals related to healthy living.
- Maintains working knowledge of wellness and trends to provide effective information and support to members.
- Provide direct supervision to Ninja Program participants in accordance with YMCA best practices, policies and procedures.
- Identifies potential volunteers / employees.
- Develops positive relationships with participants and provides motivational support and guidance.
- Conveys program information, surveys, and annual campaign to participants.
- Follows all YMCA emergency and safety procedures.
- Upholds all YMCA policies, procedures, standards, and code of conduct.
- Project a positive, enthusiastic, and professional image.
