What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Assistant- Keene Community Education- Keene School District position at Keene School District?
This is a full-time grant funded position (7.5 hours per day) with excellent benefits, including enrollment in the New Hampshire Retirement System.The Assistant Teacher is responsible for day-to-day supervision, safety, and well-being of children enrolled in the Project Keep after school program, as well as supporting the Lead Teacher. This job reports to the Director of Community Education.
Experience working with school-aged children in a center- or school-based program is required. Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or general equivalency. Associate degree or two years of college preferred. CPR and first aid certification required within 90 days of employment.
