Duties/Responsibilities
- This position will assist the men’s and women’s teams throughout the Cross country, indoor and outdoor season with additional duties including recruiting, administration and other duties as assigned.
- Assists with the planning of all in-season practice sessions and developing an off-season training schedule and program.
- Work with the Strength and Conditioning coach on off- season conditioning programs.
- Assist the head coach with managing all administrative details associated with the program including home meet management, travel arrangements, and apparel/equipment purchases.
