KeenLogic is seeking a Systems Consultant (Recording Studio Systems) to be a part of our team working with The U.S. Senate Office of the Sergeant at Arms to provide expert support for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems within the Senate's professional recording studios. The role involves supporting both Windows and Apple environments, managing studio-specific hardware, and assisting with mobile device integration.
Location : Washington, D.C. – Hybrid Work Schedule
Clearance : Clearable U.S. Citizen
Experience and Education Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (such as computer science, information technology, or business administration) is often required.
5 years of direct customer support experience.
Job Description :
Customer Support and Communication :
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required to prepare and deliver technical briefings and reports to SAA staff and / or hardware and software vendors.
- Ability to effectively teach technical concepts to customers, ensuring proper understanding and use of studio technology.
- Support all aspects of the operations, including computer support in relation to coverage on the Senate floor; and the Senate's recording studios, audio studios, video tape rooms, closed captioning rooms, graphics shop, scheduling and billing systems, streaming audio / video servers, and web server.
