Overview:
The Marketing & Sales Associate - will support the Keep business site development and marketing execution. The Marketing & Sales Associate will support the CEO and Marketing Leadership team and collaborate with the brand's cross functional sales teams to execute channel, site, marketing, data & corporate initiatives to support Keep’s brand awareness and growth initiatives for DTC and Retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in 360 marketing activation planning and execution:
- Own calendars for email, social media & website.
- Drive execution of creative approaches on all focused marketing channels.
- Social media - community management, creation of assets & idea generation.
- Email & text marketing - Creative development & scheduled sends.
- Report on efficacy of channels on a program and channel level, tracking progress over time.
- Act as site merchandiser on behalf of the brand:
- Organize items within categories and trend driven shops to align with the in-store merchandising
- Write item descriptions to support SEO functionality
- Tag items for search
- Implement search functionality
- Manage data entry including but not limited to:
- Accurately enter and update product information, including descriptions, prices, sizes, and colors, into our inventory management system
- Ensure all data entered meets quality standards and is free from errors and discrepancies
- Assist in maintaining and organizing digital and physical records of inventory, sales, and customer information
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Own event coordination:
- Coordinate and execute in-store events, fashion shows, trunk shows, and pop-up events to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Manage event logistics, including venue, vendor coordination, budget management, and on-site event setup and breakdown
- Track event performance metrics and provide post-event analysis and reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Seasonal Corporate gifting management (Keep Concierge):
- Support corporate gifting program, including product fulfillment, creating customized gift offerings, and ensuring timely delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized gifting solutions that reflect Keep’s brand

Skills, Qualities And Behaviors
- 3 years of experience working in fashion, preferably in a marketing or merchandising role.
- Passion for fashion & boutique trends
- Direct Shopify tangible experience required
- Proficient in canva, Google suite, social media platforms and klaviyo
- Have a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational, written, and communication skills
- Resourceful with ability to prioritize, multi-task and anticipate needs and requests.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- High energy, positive, flexible, entrepreneurial and collaborative attitude
- Domestic travel may be required
- Must be based in the greater Southwest Florida area
