- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and provide solutions.
- Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols and best practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred.

- Proficiency in cash handling and basic office procedures.
