We are looking for an energetic team member to provide leadership for our moving crews and manage the daily operational aspects for our location. In this role you will execute moves from beginning to end, work with customers, vendors, and all staff members to meet established operating goals and standards.KEEP IT MOVING® is looking to hire a Move Supervisor to add to our growing team!What will a Move Supervisor do during the workday?
- Guarantee proper move execution and team readiness.
- Daily dispatch and coordination of move crews.
- Ownership of each move as if it was your OWN!
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process
- Coordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventory.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Lead and supervise our movers and drivers to successful job completion.
- Our trained movers / drivers are the bread and butter of our service. Movers and drivers safely load and unload a customer’s furniture, gun safes, pianos, boxes or other belongings in moving trucks and deliver them to a new location.
- Movers / drivers must be self-sufficient, trustworthy, detail oriented and regulation focused.
