About The Brand & Marketing Team

We are a small but powerful team of hybrid and remote brand marketing pros. We are hell-bent on developing a brand that’s so good the industry can’t ignore us. We tap into our customers' interests, decades of B2B experience, and unexpectedly cool strategies to set up our one-stop-parts-shop inside our customers' heads.

Your Primary Duties And Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns
  • Drive quality inbound website traffic targeting Keep Pro account creation, quote conversion, and cart conversion
  • Drive inbound calls and inbound email quote inquiries for inside sales
  • Manage budget, assets, and campaign performance across multiple advertising networks.
  • Define product performance improvement opportunities (product attributes, categorization, rich media, content, etc.)
  • Identify SEO and content marketing opportunities to supplement and/or offset paid media strategies
  • Collaborate with Keep Supply sales, operations, technology, and other leadership on Keep Supply Active Objectives
  • Collaborate with brand marketing team on campaign performance and creative development
  • Help lead customer retention strategies through onboarding, retargeting, email marketing, direct mail, on packaging, etc. to improve customer loyalty and repeat purchase rate.
  • Leverage Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to develop high-performing marketing campaigns.
  • Design performance reports and dashboards to evaluate results and influence strategy marketing automation.
  • Steward important Salesforce CRM data capture (lead source, account profile, sales order source, etc.)
  • Identify and pitch co-marketing opportunities with our core and growth manufacturer partners.

Your Experience

  • Demonstrable performance marketing experience and results
  • B2B marketing experience preferred
  • Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads experience
  • LinkedIn Business, Meta Business, X Business, and TikTok Business experience desired
  • Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud experience preferred
  • Google Analytics 4 experience
